Managed Services & Support
A system is not finished when it launches; that is when its real cost starts. We run what we build, or we train your team to run it and then get out of the way — and we are equally happy with either ending.
The project team disbands, the on-call rota is a group chat, and nobody has read the runbook because nobody wrote one.
Annual agreements with a quarterly review. Coverage tiers run from business hours to full 24/7 with a fifteen-minute response on severity one.
Managed Services & Support
Operations & on-call
Monitoring, alerting with tuned thresholds, incident response against a named severity matrix, and a blameless post-incident review that produces actions.
Security operations
Dependency and image patching, secret rotation, access reviews, and penetration test remediation tracked to closure rather than to a report.
Cost engineering
Rightsizing, scheduling, storage tiering and inference cost tuning — reported monthly with the saving attributed to the change that produced it.
Enablement & handover
Shadowing, documentation in both languages, and a deliberate taper — because a supplier you cannot leave is a supplier with no incentive to be good.
What remains with you after we leave
Every item below is yours, in your repository and your cloud account, with no runtime licence and no lock to us.
- Signed SLA with response and resolution targets per severity
- Runbooks for every recurring operational task
- Monthly service report covering incidents, changes and cost
- Quarterly access review and patch compliance evidence
- A written exit plan from the first month of the contract
Questions we hear a lot
Often, after a short assessment. If the risk is unmanageable we will say so and propose remediation first rather than accept an SLA we cannot honour.
The exit plan is written in month one and kept current. Credentials, documentation and knowledge transfer are contractual, not goodwill.
