Small teams. Whole problems.
We hire slowly and keep teams small enough that everyone can hold the whole system in their head. If you want to own a problem from discovery through to the pager, this is the right size of company.
Four things worth knowing before you apply
Seniors write code
There is no career path here that ends in only reviewing other people’s work. Our architects are in the repository every week, because a design you never have to implement drifts away from reality quickly.
Small teams, whole problems
Four to eight people own a problem end to end — discovery, build, release and the pager. You will not be handed a ticket detached from the reason it exists.
We write things down
Design documents, decision records and runbooks are part of the work, not overhead added at the end. Writing clearly is treated as an engineering skill and weighed accordingly.
Arabic and English, both properly
Documentation and handover happen in both languages. You do not need to be fluent in both to join, but you will work alongside people who are.
The practical part
None of this is unusual, but it is written down plainly, because vagueness on these points rarely works in the employee’s favour.
- Competitive salary reviewed annually against the Saudi market
- Private medical cover for you and your dependants
- An annual budget for conferences, courses and certification
- Hybrid working from our Jeddah office, with core overlap hours
- Dedicated engineering time each sprint for tooling and internal work
- Paid on-call rotation, never expected as unpaid goodwill
Where we need people
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Take models from a promising notebook to a monitored service that a client depends on, and own the evaluation that proves it works.
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build bilingual platforms end to end — React on the front, .NET or Python behind it — for clients who will run them for a decade.
Data Engineer
Build the pipelines and governed layers everything else depends on, for clients whose data currently disagrees with itself.
Product Designer
Design bilingual interfaces where Arabic is a first-class input, for complex operational systems rather than marketing pages.
Nothing here fits?
We read every open application and we hire outside the list when someone is clearly good. Send us something you built and a paragraph about why it was hard.
Tell us what you are trying to build.
Send a short note and one of our engineers — not a salesperson — will reply within one business day.
